Shipping and Delivery

Welcome to our Shipping and Delivery page. We'll keep it simple, open and honest.

Currently, we are only serving the US market. Orders for anywhere else in the world cannot be processed yet - sorry.

These products are clearly shown as US sourced.  You can see this for any product you are looking at as shown below for one US sourced product:

These products usually go with USPS and arrive within three to five days after ordering.

Many of our products are shipped from China and elsewhere in the world. Again, this is clearly indicated on each product page as shown below for a product from China:

These products typically ship within 2 days and arrive at your address 12 to 20 days later, depending on the time of year - expect delays during the festive season!

We will send you a tracking number as soon as we receive it from the shipper. You can then track your parcel online.

Most of our internationally sourced products are delivered to you without shipping charges. We very clearly indicate on each product if there is any shipping charge. Products sourced in the United States almost always have shipping charges except when we are able to absorb the charge ourselves. We ALWAYS tell you up front what the shipping charge is. 

We have not yet heard of our (relatively) low price items being taxed on arrival in the USA. However, in the event of duties being payable, this is the responsibility of the customer, not of Mystical Breath.
